It was established for the following purposes:
social assistance, including assistance to families and individuals in difficult life
situations and equal opportunities for these families and individuals,
supporting the family and the foster care system.

The Ice Cave is a modern wellness and recovery space in Wrocław, designed for athletes, professionals, and anyone seeking balance. Through breathwork, cold plunges, infrared sauna, yoga, and meditation, we help you recharge your body, calm your mind, and build lasting resilience.
